**Step 2: Prototype Creation** Once you approve the design, we will efficiently create a 3D print prototype for your review, guaranteeing it aligns with your expectations and requirements.

**Step 3: Sample Mold Production** After your approval of the prototype, we will proceed to produce samples of the actual product by crafting a sample mold, setting the stage for successful production.

**Step 4: Final Mold Construction** Upon your approval of the samples, we will build the final industrial mold for the containers, marking a key step towards launching full production.

**Step 5: Product Shipping and Storage** Once production is complete, we will ship the finished products to your or our warehouse.

**Additional Information:** There are no costs associated with the custom design itself, but please be aware that tooling costs and related charges for the custom mold will apply, with a minimum order quantity of 100,000 bowls or lids of each size. The production time for the mold will be approximately 6 to 12 weeks. Depending on the annual quantity produced, the custom mold price is usually waved above 1,500,000 items/year.
